Study on Function of Relationship Capital in Supply of Rural Public Sports Service

Abstract

Through the investigation of 2 natural villages,it was found that relationship capital plays an important role in the supply of rural public sports services,due to the rural elites' operation. However,it is cannot be ignored the negative effects of relationship capital,including twisted social fairness,increased social transaction cost,weakening the credibility of the government. Therefore,a pressing matter of the moment is to avoid the negative influence,and at the same time,to use the huge potential of the relationship capital.
