Abstract

Regional strategic guidelines for the material and technical support of cultural institutions and ignoring the issues of personnel reproduction, the extreme unpreparedness of the introduction of professional standards in the activities of cultural institutions, the unwillingness or unwillingness of representatives of employers to influence the content of additional art education in connection with the changed requirements for the qualification of specialists, etc. - all these external challenges to additional art education hinder its implementation.
