Abstract

< 0.01). In microskin grafting, the direction of microskin significantly affects the survival rate of transplantation. The method of adhering the collagen membrane to the epidermal surface of microskin may ensure complete floating of microskin on the physiological saline with the epidermal surface facing up. This is a new method to improve the survival rate of microskin grafting.
