Abstract
Virtual Banking has become a one of the latest emerging trends on the Indian Banking Scenario. The invention of internet and web technology has given birth to so many new concepts in business; one of them is emergence of virtual banking. The rapid increase of virtual banking as a banking model has brought a new dimension to the banking industry. Customer satisfaction on adoption of virtual banking influences the services quality on brand perception, perceived value and satisfaction in e-banking, virtual banking and internet banking. In the proposed research paper, 34 studies have been reviewed, on the theme of Virtual banking in selected Public and Private Sector Banks. Towards the end, a synthesis of reviewed work has also been attempted.
