Abstract

Determinations and analysis were conducted on height, DBH and volume of 38 families of 10-year filial generation from the second generation seed orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolata in 2015 in Longquan, Zhejiang province. The results showed that it had great difference of the three growth traits among families (α= 0.01), with high heritability and medium variable coefficient. Seven fast-growing families were selected by multiple comparisons, based on volume growth, their height, DBH and volume was 15.15% , 18.83% and 59.61 % respectively higher than that of the control.
