МЕТОДИКА ОЦІНКИ ПРОПУСКНОЇ СПРОМОЖНОСТІ ЯК ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ СИСТЕМИ ВІЙСЬКОВОГО ЗВ’ЯЗКУ

A methodology for calculating the capacity of a military communications system for the planning and combat application of a military communications system is presented. The methodology differs from the known ones taking into account the use of digital channels (networks), the ease of use, which makes it possible to use it for staff calculations in military control bodies (communication control points). The calculations take into account the typical speeds necessary to ensure the high-quality operation of the types of communication (services). An example of the calculation of the capacity for an individual communication node is given. The proposed methodology can be used for research and evaluation of both units and directions of military communications. Together with the methods for evaluating other characteristics of the military communications system, the methodology can be used to comprehensively assess the quality (effectiveness) of the military communications system as a whole.
