On the Present Situation and Development Direction of the Digital Management of University Student'S Status Files

The management of students' status files is an important component of university archives management, including students' admission qualifications, school status, academic records, rewards and punishments, graduation and other aspects. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the scale of universities and the rapid development of information technology, the traditional management of student's status files can no longer meet the demands of the new situation. This paper discusses the digital management of college students' status files from the following aspects: the characteristics of college students' status files, the significance of digital management of college students' status files, the current situation of digital management of college students' status files and the development direction of digital management of college students' status files.
