Abstract
College student files bear witness to the real records of the students' study,life,ability and their social practice during college time.It is profoundly meaningful to better the management of student files.At present,although the management of college student files is gradually being standardized,there still exist a lot of problems,and the files management should be further perfected and improved in order to provide good services for students,society and colleges.
