Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the protection of refugee children’s rights under international human rights law, international refugee law and international humanitarian law. The article covers special needs of refugee children as compared with other categories of refugees and addresses international legal standards and practice regarding grating children refugee status, issue of the detention of refugee children, reuniting of refugee children with their families, as well as protection of refugee children in time of armed conflict.
