Abstract
10 strains of lipase producing bacterial with olive oil as sole carbon source were isolated using victoria blue solution solid fiat medium. The strain producing lipase of the highest activity was identified as Acinetobacter calcoaceticus. The optimum culture conditions was:initial pH 7.0,agitating at 30℃for 24 h,1.5%(w/v)maitose,2.5%(w/v) NH_4Cl,0.1% (w/v)MgSO_4·7H_2O.The optimal medium loading volume was 40 mL/100 mL and the inoculation volume was 1.0%,the enzyme activity reached 9.07 U/mL.The strain of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus was not influenced by the natural oils.Considering short cultivate time, low culture cost and good stability, lipase producing bacterial will be potentially served as an alternative lipase for biodiesel production.
