Abstract

Objective To summarize the CT imaging features of peripheral lung cancer, and improve the understanding of peripheral lung cancer. Methods Forty-three cases of peripheral lung cancer confirmed by pathology were collected, CT features of peripheral lung cancer were analyzed by literature review and pathological basis, and the characteristics were summarized. Results All cases were confirmed by pathology and clinic, including 2 cases of vacuoles sign, 3 cases of cavitation lung cancer, 39 cases of lobulation (29 cases of deep lobulation), 41 cases of spiculation , 37 cases of pleural indentation, 32 cases of peripheral vascular convergence sign. Conclusions Internal signs, edge signs of tumour such as and peripheral signs vacuole sign, cancerous cavity, lobulation, pleural retraction, spiculation, peripheral vascular convergence sign react the pathophysiological features of peripheral lung cancer, and they have important significance for the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer. Key words: Peripheral lung cancer; Computer tomography; Imaging features
