The expression of MMP-10 and relationship between the invasion and metastasis in esophageal cancer

Abstract

目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶-10(MMP-10)在食管癌中的表达及与食管癌浸润转移的关系.方法用免疫组化法(S-P法)检测54例食管癌组织中MMP-10的表达和平均血管密度(MVD).结果食管癌组织中MMP-10的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织,且与食管癌肿瘤外侵、淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关(P＜0.01).MMP-10的表达与食管癌组织微血管密度呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论 MMP-10的表达和微血管密度在食管癌的侵袭转移中起重要作用。
