Abstract

目的 比较糖尿病肾病(DN)患者治疗前后血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)等含量的变化.方法用放射免疫法测定正常对照组及糖尿病(DM)和DN患者血浆VEGF、ATⅡ的含量.结果 DN组和DM组血浆VEGF和ATⅡ浓度明显高于对照组(P＜0.01);治疗后VEGF、ATⅡ含量明显低于治疗前.结论 VEGF在糖尿病肾病的形成和发展过程中可能起重要作用。
