Abstract
强化化疗是指3种以上化疗药物联合应用并超大剂量冲击治疗.本文对应用强化化疗治疗小儿急性白血病所引起的感染、胃肠道反应、口腔炎、出血、泌尿系统毒性、电解质紊乱、心肺毒性、消化道并发症等主要不良反应的发生诱因进行分析,并概述了近年来针对这些不良反应临床所采取的中西医结合的预防护理措施。
