Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical response during chemotherapy for leukemia, to take reasonable, targeted, comprehensive nursing care and prevention. Methods 80 cases of leukemia patients during chemotherapy with targeted care. Results 80 patients, with the exception of 9 cases of early death or give up the treatment, the remaining 71 patients had completed two or more cycles of chemotherapy, only five cases of infection, bleeding occurred in 6 patients, 1 patient died from intracranial hemorrhage outside the other be controlled by symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The effective prevention and care can reduce complications during chemotherapy and the incidence of side effects, can help patients survive chemotherapy, reduce the mortality rate of leukemia.
