Integrating hospital advantage to smooth green channel of two-way referral

Objective To explore the methods and sense to make a fully use of general hospital advantage so as to smooth green channel of two-way referral.Methods Longitudinal analysis method described in the General Hospital advantage of resources to assist the community health service center to build a harmonious health care system,and establish the green channel of the general hospitals and community-way referral.Results Since 2007 to carry out the counterpart support two-way referral,the number of community referral visitors between 2009 and 2011 in our hospital respectively were 427,307,269.And the number of speeches about medical knowledge,diseases prevention knowledge respectively were 59,50,33.Multi-department consultation for community patients was hold in 2010,which received higher praise.Conclusions Through counterparts to support community health services,and make full use of the support hospital resources advantage,the principle of resource sharing,complementary advantages,mutual benefit and win-win can help the community health service centers to achieve the purpose of the national health.
