Abstract
麻醉学临床实习是医学生由实习生向职业医师过渡的关键阶段.如何提高临床麻醉实习教学质量,可以从三个方面进行探索:重视医德教育,规范医疗行为;以学生为中心的启发式教学,充分调动学生积极性;加强带教教师的自身建设.教学相长才能全面提高麻醉实习质量。
