Abstract

Objective To evaluate the influence of different injection rates, concentration of contrast media and fixed threshold levels of bolus - tracking technique on 64 slice renal artery computed tomographic angiography. Methods In this prospective study,420 patients were divided randomly into groups Ⅰ - Ⅳ as follow:group Ⅰ,iohexol ( 300 mgI/ml,3 ml/s) ; group Ⅱ,iohexol (300 mgI/ml,4 ml/s) ; group Ⅲ,iopromide (370 mgI/ml,3 ml/s); group Ⅳ,iopromide (370mgI/ml,4 ml/s).All groups' threshold were 170.0 - 179.9 HU.All datas were sent to ADW 4.4 work station, and performed. The statistical software of SAS 9.1.3 was used for analysis. Results Best image quality of renal arteries and branches was performed with iopromidenal CTA scanning of excellent images was better performed with higher concentration of contrast media, faster injection rate.Faster injection rate was recommended when either conditions couldn' t accepted. Key words: Renal artery; Tomography; X - ray computed; Monitored - triggered technique(370 mgI/ml), 4 ml/s. Conclusions Re
