The effect of parents' participation in interactive nursing on the treatment compliance and life quality in children with asthma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of parents' participation in interactive nursing on the treatment compliance in children with asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with asthma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given parents' participation in interactive nursing on the basis of the control group,two groups were compared with treatment compliance,illness and life quality.Results The treatment compliance was 92％ in the observation group.That was 70％ in the control group.Two groups were followed up for 12 months,the number of episodes,ER visits,hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Life quality score in 6 months,9 months,12 months after discharge in observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Parent's participation in interactive nursing can improve the treatment compliance of children with asthma,reduce acute episodes,and improve the life quality
