Effect of continuous nursing on emotion and life quality in pediatric asthma patients

Objective To investigate the application of continuous nursing in prognosis rehabilitation of asthma children .Methods One hundred cases of asthma children treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , fifty cases in each group , the control group was only given discharge guidance , the observation group was given continuous nursing based on the control group , the effect of two groups of children and their parents were investigated after one year .Results The cognition of disease , treat-ment methods , first aid knowledge areas of parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The re-turn visit rate in the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group , the hospitalization rate after 1 year was significant-ly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）..The scores of life quality, anxiety, living standard, standard body in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Continuing nursing care can improve the health knowledge rate of asthma children＆#39;s parents, promote the formation of health behaviors in children after discharge , improve the life quality.
