综述骨形态发生蛋白 (bone morphogenic protein, BMP)的成骨机理及其复合人工骨和局部基因疗法在治疗骨缺损中的研究进展 . 广泛查阅近期有关 BMP修复骨缺损的研究文献 . BMP可诱导间充质细胞分化为成骨细胞和成软骨细胞而促进新骨形成 , 并具有强大的异位成骨作用 . 载体或局部基因释放的 BMP可有效修复骨缺损 . BMP的人工骨和局部基因疗法研究为修复骨缺损提供了新途经 .
