Effect of community comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of community comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with diabetes.Methods Forty patients with diabetes in the regional community health institutions were chose as the research object,the patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention (cognitive intervention,psychological intervention,dietary intervention and drug intervention,exercise intervention,prevention of complications of intervention).Before comprehensive nursing intervention,the examination indexes and the quality of life of the patients with diabetes mellitus were comprehensively evaluated,all the indexes were compared and analyzed at 6 months after community comprehensive nursing intervention with those before intervention.Results The examination indexes and the quality of life of patients obviously improved with community comprehensive nursing intervention after 6 months,there were significant differences(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Community nursing is the supplement and extension of hospital care,and it is important for diabetic patients to control the blood glucose,improve the existence ability and quality of life,prevent and delay the occurrence of complications.
