Abstract
目的 探讨复方降脂胶囊对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢的影响.方法 采用高脂饮食法建立高脂血症大鼠模型.治疗组给予复方降脂胶囊,对照组给予血脂康,观察治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的变化,并观察肝脏的组织学变化.结果 复方降脂胶囊能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL水平(P＜0.01),且优于血脂康对照组(P＜0.05).病理学表明,复方降脂胶囊治疗组大鼠肝脏无明显脂肪变性.结论 复方降脂胶囊可降低血脂,减轻肝脏脂肪变性。
