Abstract
Tuberculosis (TB) is still one of the most serious infectious diseases in the world. With the increase of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) resistance to first-line anti-TB drugs, second-line anti-TB drugs such as fluoroquinolones, aminoglycosides and thioamides are given more and more attention in clinical applications. As the increase of MTB resistance to second-line drugs, the mechanism of resistance to second-line anti-TB drugs has become a hotspot for many scholars. There are some common resistant mechanisms such as drug resistance by gene mutations, changes in cell wall structure and permeability and drug efflux pump and other mechanisms, but there are still some mechanisms unclear. This review summarized the mechanism of MTB resistance to commonly used second-line anti-TB drugs which provides theoretical references for improving the treatment of Tuberculosis. Key words: Mycobacterium tuberculosis; Second-line anti-tuberculosis drugs; Drug resistance mechanism
