Exploration on method of clinical teachers’ professional development in higher medical colleges

Abstract

Clinical teacher professional development is to adapt to the needs of the reform and de-velopment of medical education in medical colleges. It is also the inevitable trend of clinical teacher training target. According to reform and development of the present situation of higher medical education, we should advance the development of professional clinical teachers by means of explore the clinical teachers’ professional development, and improve education and training system of clinical teachers.
