Abstract
Objective To discuss the nursing measures of children bronchial asthma in order to seek effective nursing method. Methods 118 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 59 cases in each group. Both groups were given positive treatment and basic nursing, the observation group received diet and psychological nursing based upon this. Clinical efficacy and relapse rate were observed. Results Clinical control rate in both groups showed no significant difference, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the relapse rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group. Conclusions Positive treatment and basic care combined with diet and psychological nursing can facilitate the rehabilitation of children with bronchial asthma and effectively reduce relapse rate.
