Abstract
目的 探讨羊膜移植(amniotic membrane transplantation,AMT)治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效.方法 对50例56眼翼状胬肉患者进行翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植.结果 术后随访12个月,所有患者除4只眼复发外,其余均治愈,治愈率为92.8%,复发率为7.2%.结论 胬肉切除联合羊膜移植有独特疗效,高治愈低复发,是一种较为理想的方法。
