Abstract

目的观察羊膜移植手术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效.方法对28例36眼翼状胬肉患者行胬肉切除十羊膜移植手术,术后随访10～15月.结果 34眼术后角膜光滑透明,羊膜结膜化,无胬肉组织增生;2例复发.结论羊膜移植手术是治疗翼状胬肉的理想方法.
