Abstract

鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)是多胺合成的关键酶,ODC活性的改变可作为反映脑胶质瘤恶性程度的可靠的生物学标志;ODC基因的诱导与恶性肿瘤的发生及其浸润性密切相关,因而具备癌基因的特性.ODC抑制剂DFMO及针对ODC的抗酶蛋白(AZ)可能对脑胶质瘤有着潜在的治疗作用.
