Abstract
This paper revealed the necessity of establishing general medicine in large general hospital.It also argued that establishing general medicine in large general hospital were the need of leading discipline construction in general medicine, leading construction in general medical talent team, strengthening the cooperation of the regional medical, and constructing the general hospital. Furthermore, the specipic suggestions for settings, responsibilities, working contents and working methods of general medicine in large general hospital were put forward.
