Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of training-family rehabilitation training mode on early rehabilitation treatment for children with autism. Methods 120 children with autism treated at our hospital from March, 2014 to March, 2017 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method. The control group was given conventional training mode, and the observation group training-family rehabilitation training mode. Both groups were treated for 12 months. Children Autism Rating Scale (CARS) was used to assess the severity of autism before and after the treatment. Chinese version of psycho-educational profile (C-PEP) was used to assess the degree of psychological disorders before and after the treatment. Results The scores of the sub-items of CARS and the total score decreased more and the scores of the sub-items of C-PEP and the total score increased more in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences (all P<0.05). Conclusions Training-family rehabilitation training mode has good treatment effects of early rehabilitation for children with autism. Key words: Training-family rehabilitation training; Autism; Rehabilitation treatment
