Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on the autistic children. Methods: Sixty-three autistic children received comprehensive rehabilitation training including the applied behavior analysis(ABA), sensory integration training, speech training, musical therapy and play therapy, which were partly performed by parents after rehabilitation training. The scores of Autism behavior checklist(ABC), childhood autism rating scale(CARS) and infant-junior middle school social adaptive capacity scale(SM) were investigated before and after training. Results: After comprehensive rehabilitation training for 10 months, the ABC scale scores of each factor and total scores of 63 cases were significantly lower than before treatment(P0.05). The CARS scale evaluation score was decreased significantly while the SM scale evaluation standard score was increased significantly after training(P0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation training can effectively improve the symptoms of the autistic children, and can improve their life quality.
