Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of triple therapy combined with kangfuxin liquid on Helicobacter pylori related peptic ulcer. Methods From April 2013 to April 2015, 80 patients with Helicobacter pylori related peptic ulcer were selected, and they were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given triple therapy, and the observation group combined with kangfuxin liquid, the effects of the two groups were compared. Results Pylori eradication rates in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[92.5%(37/40)vs 75.0%(30/40)], the difference was significant (P<0.05). Total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%, which was higher than that in the the control group(87.5%), the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Kangfuxin liquid combined with triple therapy on Helicobacter pylori related peptic ulcer is safe and reliable, so it is worth spreading. Key words: Helicobacter pylori; Triple therapy; Peptic ulcer; Kangfuxin liquid
