The Effect Observation of Omprazole Triple Therapy in Helicobacter Pylori Associated Peptic Ulcers

Objective To observe the efficacy of Omprazole triple therapy in Helicobacter Pylori Associated Peptic Ulcers eradication of helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods 100 cases of patients with active Peptic Ulcers as studied object,and randomly divided them into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The observation group received Omprazole-amoxicillin-metronidazole and the control group received Omprazole-amoxicillinClarithromycin.Ulcer healing and eradication of helicohacter pylori(Hp) were assassed by endoscopy four weeks after treatment.Results There was no significant difference of helicobacter pylori(Hp) eradication between the two groups(80% VS 75%,P0.05),and healing rates were documented in 92% of patients in the observation group and in 90% of patients in the other group(P0.05),at the same time there was no significant difference in total effectiveness rate between two groups in light type(98% VS 96%,P0.05).Conclusion In this study,the triple therapies of Omprazole-amoxicillin-metronidazole has a advantage of good curative effect and low cost,and it is worth spreading in basement hospital.
