Clinical observation of omeprazole in treating chronic superficial gastritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutical effect of omeprazole in treating patients with chronic superticial gastritis. Methods 160 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were divided into treatment group(80 cases)and control group(80 cases)randomly.Patients of treatment group were treated with omeprazole,patients of control group were treated with famotidine.The symptoms and healing state of gastritis were observed at 1,2,4 weeks after treatment. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The application of omeprazole had a good clinical therapeutical effect on chronic superficial gastritis.
