The prime study of glycated haemoglobin

Objective To discuss the glycated haemogobin Alc (HbAlc) guideline by studying the relationship between HbAlc,famish person' s glucose and urine glucose.Methods Determined HbAlc,famish person' s glucose(FPG) and urine glucose to the 300 inpatients of our hospital in lately years.Acorrding to the results, divided them into three groups, the group of A includes 78 cases (whose HbAlc 6.0% -6.9%), the group of B included 115 cases (whose HbAlc 7.0% -7.5 %) ,the group of C included 107 cases (whose HbAlc > 7.5%) ,analysed and compared the results.Results The results of FPG of A,B and C group had significant difference (P <0.01), the results of urine glucose were all postive.Conclusion HbAlc is positive correl- ativity with FPG and urine glucose, and HbAlc <7.5 is the good guideline of diabetics.
