Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of the vacuum sealing drainage in treating soft tissue defect.Methods Twenty -six patients who suffered from soft tissue defect were treated with the vacuum sealing drainage.Results After removing vacuum sealing drainage,a great amount of fresh granulation tissue can be seen in the injured area,with skin grafting,the wound can healing completely,no complication occurred.Five patients with fracture and bone exposure,fracture healing by X -ray,no osteomyelitis occurred.Conclusions The technology of vacuum sealing drainage changes the traditional method of treating soft tissue defect,it can promote the healing of wound,and is very useful for the patients.
