Abstract

：Objective Identify thedifference in the use of Nucleoside analogues. Methods Search nearly 3-year clinicalefficacy reports about nucleoside (acid) analogues like Lamivudine and Adefovir dipivoxil,Entecavir,and analyze the inner of the difference. Resaula In different reports, theeffects of Nucleoside analogues bring a significant difference, including the HBV-DNAnegative rate, Serum conversion rate of HBeAg, and Normalization rate of ALT. ConclusionWhen dealing with the Chronic Hepatitis B, Lamivudine and Adefovir dipivoxil, Entecavirhave great different in effect, Doctor should take the actual situation in patients withthe drug combination treatment.
