Abstract

OBJECTIVE To evaluate drug resistance and safety of 3 different nucleoside drugs for chronic hepatitis B.METHODS The domestic retrieval journals and chinese medicalwere consulted and the reports of drug reslstance and adversereactions of 3 different nucleoside drugs for chronic Hepatitis B were collected.RESULTS Drug resistance and adversereactions of 3 different nucleoside drugs were proved existence.But Adefovir and Entecavir were better than Lamivudine in both two Sides.CONCLUSION Drug resistance and adverse reactions of 3 different nucleoside drugs for chronic hepatitis B mustbe valued in Clinical treatment.
