Reflection Oil medical personnel training in the countryside of Beijing

The health-care work in the countryside is directly related to the peasants'health,and to the agricultural economic development and social stability.In this paper,the present situation of medical personnel in the countryside around the capital and their existing problems have been analyzed.It also points out that lack of high quality medical personnel is the key factor.Based on the introduction and analysis of the present situation as well as training of the medical personnel in the countryside,the authors have proposed new ideas for how to cultivate the medical personnel for countryside around Beijing from several aspects,such as the development of educational condition,school education,postgraduate education and continuing education.
