Reflection and countermeasure of training countryside health personnel in medical schools

Diathesis of health personnel for countryside is important in development of countryside health service. In this paper, combined with situation of the countryside health human resources in China, it is analyzed that countryside health personnel demand training. And the model and strategy are proposed on training countryside health personnel in medical schools, for improving educational and healthy authorities to make decisions and raising countryside health personnel service level.
