Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application and clinic value of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of spine lesions. Methods Of the total 88 cases with vertebral body biosy,10 cases of cervical,30 cases of thoracic,45 cases of lumbar,3 cases of sacral vertebrae. The 88 cases were treated with Drilling needle,QC biopsy gun and Chib needle. Results For bone lesions, the punctured accuracy was 100% and the general diagnostic accuracy was 87.1%.No obvious complication were found. Conclusions CT-guided percutaneous biopsy is a safe, accurate and effective diagnostic method with little trauma and complication. It can be used to diagnose metastases, primary bone tumors,tumor-like lesions and inflammatory lesions. It has great value in diagnose and treatment of bone lesions. Key words: Spine lesion; Interventional; Biopsy; CT
