The investigation and analysis of the effect of standard doctors’ and nurses’ on the medicial and nursing activities by patients’ satisfaction

Objective Tothoroughly know the significance of standardizing doctors'and nurses'activities,by standardizing doctors and nurses'services,comparison of patients'satisfaction survey.Methods The questionnaire was carry out to survey inpatients'satisfaction of doctors'and nurses'activities and the evaluation of doctors and nurses each other,the resuhs were collected,and then there was a twoway feedback.After rectifying by the director and head nurse,the inpatients'satisfaction was resurveyed one month later and the two results were compared.Results After rectification,the inpatients’ composite satisfaction of doctors’ and nurses’ activities were significantly improved,and the difference was significant ( P ＜0.05).Condusions By the evaluation of doctors and nurses each other and standardizing doctors’ and nurses'services,the inpatients'composite satisfaction of doctors'and nurses'activities can significantly improve.
