The effect of mutual evaluation by doctors and nurses on the medical and nursing activities and inpatients'satisfaction

Abstract
Objective To standard the doctors'and nurses'activities, and raise the satisfaction of inpatients. Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out to survey the inpatients'satisfaction and the satisfaction of doctors and nurses to each other, the results were collected. After rectified by the director and head nurse, the inpatients'satisfaction was resurveyed one month later and the results were compared. Results The inpatients'satisfaction was increased after the rectification, and the difference was significant (P ＜0. 05) .Conclusions The mutual evaluation of doctors and nurses could standard the medical and nursing activities and increase the inpatients'satisfaction.
