Practice and teaching mode in laboratory department

Practice is a transitional stage for medical students from students to medical workers; and it is also an integral part of medical education. Medical examination is a closely related discipline which combines theory with practice. The quality of practice teaching directly influences the professional and technical level of medical students in the future. Therefore, it is important and difficult to do the teaching work of interns. This paper summarizes and explores the teaching work in the last few years, so as to provide some references for the teaching of professional practice.
