Abstract

目的探讨外伤性白内障的手术时机及处理方法.方法对87例(87眼)外伤性白内障行小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术.结果术后1周矫正视力≥0.5者59眼(67.8%).术后近期并发症中瞳孔区纤维渗出膜形成13眼(14.9%),虹膜后粘连11眼(12.6%),人工晶状体偏位6眼(6.9%).结论正确选择外伤性白内障的手术时机和术式,及时处理术中术后并发症,是提高术后视力的关键.
