Abstract

目的总结综合治疗方法治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效.方法回顾性分析52例糖尿病足的治疗方法以及相关的临床资料.结果经过综合系统治疗的52例病人中,治愈率为90.4%(47/52),截肢率为3.8%(2/52),死亡率为1.9%(1/52).结论三个阶段、两种手段的系统综合治疗不失为治疗糖尿病足的一个有效方案,值得推广.
