Abstract
目的探讨完善小梁切除手术,减少术后并发症的途径.方法在抗青光眼小梁切除手术中使用透明质酸钠21例22眼,观察手术结果,并与未使用透明质酸钠的48例56眼比较.结果使用透明质酸钠者术后早期并发症明显减少,与未使用透明质酸钠者比较差异具有显著性.结论小梁切除手术中使用透明质酸钠可有效地减少手术并发症,提高成功率,简单易行,成本低廉.
