The change of inflammatory response factor coronary heart disease patients with different stent after implantation operation

Objective To observe the influence of different stent after implantation operation on the serum level of interleukin 6( IL-6 ),interleukin 18 (IL-18),C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The coronary heart disease patients with stent implantation operation were divided into two groups:bare stent group and paclitaxel eluting stent group.All the patients were taken blood from peripheral.The serum level of CRP,IL-6and IL-18of in all patients were detected before operation and 24h,48h,72h and 7d after operation.Results The peak levels of CRP,IL-6 and IL-18 in paclitaxel eluting stent group was ( 11.25 ± 2.15 ) mg/L,( 8.91 ± 2.31 ) μg/L,(0.95 ±0.16) μg/L,respectively,and significant lower than those in bare stent group[ ( 15.56 ± 3.37) mg/L,( 12.35 ±3.12) μg/L,(1.15 ±0.18) μg/L] (all P＜0.05).Following up 6 months after operation,the rate of restenosis occurrence in paclitaxel duting stent group was 7.5％,and significant lower than that in bare stent group(26.3％ ).Conclusion The paclitaxel eluting stent could reduce the seriousness of causing vasculitis and the restenosis occurrence after stenting.
