Abstract

抑制消减杂交(SSH)与基因芯片技术是筛选差异表达基因的新方法 ,因其快速、高效等特点而得以广泛应用.SSH或基因芯片技术单独使用存在不同程度的缺陷或不足,但若将两种技术结合,则能充分发挥各自优势,并能最大限度弥补其不足,从而成为较为理想的克隆系统。
